Its goal is to represent the full range and complexity of a multilingual “Americas” that includes Canada, the Caribbean, and Latin America from the beginning of colonization to the present.

Online database pertaining to Hispanic history, literature, political commentary, and culture in the United States. Content is drawn from Arte Público Press's Recovering the U.S. Hispanic Literary Heritage Project, an effort to locate, preserve, and disseminate Latino-Hispanic culture of the United States in its written form, from colonial times to 1960.

ThIs searchable, online archive is comprised of approximately 27,500 items from García Márquez's papers. Included are manuscript drafts of published and unpublished works, research material, photographs, scrapbooks, correspondence, clippings, notebooks, screenplays, printed material, ephemera, and an audio recording of García Márquez's acceptance speech for the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1982.

Materials include books, pamphlets, broadsides, and other documents from an assortment of genres—from sermons and political tracts to legislation and literature—drawn from Joseph Sabin’s famed bibliography, Bibliotheca Americana: A Dictionary of Books Relating to America from Its Discovery to the Present Time.

20th-Century Latin American and Latino Art Digital Archive
The International Center for the Arts of the Americas provides access through this digital archive to primary sources and critical documents tracing the development of 20th-century art in Latin America and among Latino populations in the United States.
Spanish Legal Documents (15th–19th Centuries)
Made available online by the Library of Congress, the majority of Spanish legal documents in the collection are briefs, i.e., forensic writings related to disputes on inheritance and titles of nobility, taxes, church privilege, and the like. Items of special interest include documents pertaining to the Spanish Inquisition; papal bulls and ecclesiastical concordats; as well as laws, statutes, instructions, and decrees of Spanish kings and government officials.
